About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Lifecycle and Journeys to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative ServiceNow HRSD solutions, enhancing employee experiences and optimizing HR workflows.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications. You will drive best practices in configuration, customization, and integration while ensuring seamless functionality across the HR ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Architect and develop HRSD Lifecycle and Journeys solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement automation.
• Optimize existing HRSD functionalities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to maintain system reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the evolution of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD Lifecycle and Journeys development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations, and automation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee onboarding, transitions, and case management.
• Ability to design intuitive and efficient workflows that enhance employee engagement.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong collaboration and communication skills.
