Requirements

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow HRSD specialist or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules.
  • Hands-on experience in HR workflow automation and self-service portal development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • ServiceNow HRSD certification is a plus.
