Key Responsibilities

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications to enhance operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on expertise in scripting and configuration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow development tools
• Experience in implementing integrations with external systems
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
• ServiceNow certifications (such as CSA, CAD, or CIS) are a plus
