About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring platform stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its performance, availability, and security.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, including workflows, service catalogs, and automation scripts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and regular system maintenance while minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow usage, governance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on expertise in platform management and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant applications.
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply to ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification is preferred.
