Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and security configurations to maintain optimal performance
  • Provide expert-level support for end users, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless IT operations
  • Oversee IT service management processes, including incident response and problem resolution
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline IT workflows and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to enhance security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Document technical procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing
  • Train and mentor junior IT specialists, fostering a culture of learning and growth

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations, with a strong technical background
  • Expertise in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, along with networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and guide end users
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, security best practices, and automation tools is a plus
