Cybersecurity Administrator – About the Role

Are you passionate about safeguarding digital landscapes and staying ahead of ever-evolving cyber threats? We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Administrator to strengthen our organization's security posture and protect critical assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security measures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. You will work closely with IT teams to detect vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents
• Implement and maintain security tools, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection solutions
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits to identify weaknesses
• Enforce security policies and best practices across networks, applications, and cloud environments
• Lead incident response efforts and forensic investigations to determine root causes
• Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and compliance requirements
• Train employees on security awareness and best practices to foster a security-first culture

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, SIEM solutions, and cloud security best practices
