Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure system security by applying patches, updates, and endpoint protection strategies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, network connectivity, and user access.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Assist with deploying and managing enterprise tools for remote management, software distribution, and endpoint monitoring.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance infrastructure resilience and user experience.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in system administration, endpoint management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with enterprise endpoint management tools and security solutions.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, Active Directory, and cloud-based services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
