About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Systems and Endpoint Administrator to join our team and take charge of managing and securing our IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems, optimizing endpoint performance, and maintaining a secure IT environment.

As a key player in our IT team, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting endpoints, servers, and networks. You will work closely with internal teams to implement best practices for security, automation, and system efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Oversee system security, ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and cloud-based environments
  • Automate routine tasks to improve system efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with teams to deploy software, updates, and security patches
  • Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery planning
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in system administration, IT support, or endpoint management
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network configurations
  • Familiarity with security tools, antivirus software, and endpoint protection solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high system uptime and performance
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
