Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into functional IT requirements.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Work with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of IT solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and business growth.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Document system requirements, process flows, and use cases to support development and testing.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support for new system implementations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and reporting software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable IT solutions.
