Identity & Office 365 Analyst – Join Our Team

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Identity & Office 365 Analyst to manage and enhance our enterprise identity solutions and Microsoft 365 environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless access management, security compliance, and operational efficiency across our organization.

As an Identity & Office 365 Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing identity and access solutions, ensuring a secure and efficient digital workplace. You will work closely with IT security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Oversee identity and access management (IAM) processes, ensuring secure and efficient authentication and authorization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure AD identity synchronization, SSO, and MFA solutions.
• Implement security policies and compliance frameworks within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Support automation and optimization of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts.
• Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks, detect anomalies, and respond to identity-based threats.
• Provide end-user support and training on identity security best practices and Microsoft 365 functionalities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in IT identity management, Office 365 administration, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Azure AD, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and PowerShell scripting.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex identity and authentication issues.
• Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management related to identity solutions.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
