Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of support for technical issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to improve future troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance and security.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to non-technical users to improve digital fluency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize IT support.

  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud-based applications.
